Located in Amapas Sur and a few minutes from old town are five completely private condominiums, above the highway to Mismaloya and before the first entrance into Conchas Chinas. The units each are the size of a home, the smallest being 4,766 square feet and the largest 6,533 square feet so you won’t feel cramped. The views of the bay extend west from the lower homes in “Conchas Chinas” gold coast to the Isle Los Marietas and Punta de Mita in the state of Nayarit, all unobstructed. The complete coast of Nayarit and Puerto Vallarta, along to Olas Altas and Los Muertos beach appears like they are in your back yard for your private viewing. The views from these properties are what Puerto Vallarta is all about, the bay, the beaches, the city and the jungle.
Access to the beach from the property is a short walk down the road, across the highway to Calle Santa Barbara and the stairs, blue chairs or you can continue on to Olas Altas. Each apartment contains two bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms tiled floor to ceiling. The living areas for entertainment are all very large with comfortable seating and accessorized. The kitchens are fully equipped with all amenities and the dining rooms seats six persons. One dining room has a pointed high glass dome the width of its glass table and one has a two story ceiling, something different.
After the nightly sunsets, which are like an artist's painting, around the hour of 21:00 (9 pm), you are entertained with the nightly fireworks in front of the city hall that look like humongous dandelions blooming in multiple colors, truly a wonderful sight.
